Born in NY & raised in South Salem, NY. Alan’s fitness journey began while playing Division 1 baseball at West Virginia University, after which a spinal injury forced him to turn down an offer from the Milwaukee Brewers. His road to recovery is where his passion for health and fitness was born. Alan has been working in the fitness industry for 9 years, and 4 years ago, launched FilauroFuel, his own company, which embodies group fitness, 1 on 1 personal training, online coaching & health consulting for private businesses in NYC.
